REVXM/Immediate Productions specializes in the nexus between creativity and content. We are experts at digital content creation, branded experiences, commercial grade branded ads, digital integration, and virtual/hybrid event creation plus delivery.


We are digital story tellers and we inspire our clients to re-imagine content and commercial production through the power and reach of creativity. REVXM and Immediate Productions merged in the summer of 2022 and are positioned to capitalize on the evolution from traditional applications to digital innovation.

While assisting the XMC Group of companies and new partners, we bring a fresh perspective, leverage innovation, and we create memorable and impactful content and experiences.


We are an independent, management-owned agency, located in downtown Toronto (@ King and Bathurst and a studio in the Junction, Dundas and Keele).


JOB SUMMARY


This is a very unique role, providing a blend of internal and external account management as well as the opportunity to find new business, nurture new clients and agency relationships. This person will be responsible for helping to oversee the digital content, creative, productIon, virtual departments and key processes. Responsible for assisting the Chief Creative Officer (Ryan Bergmann) in the development of engaging and value-added digital content that supports client needs and contributes to the profitable growth of the agency.


The ideal candidate is one with a work-hard attitude, someone dedicated, has great attention to detail, is focused and flexible enough to be inspired by the fact that no two days are the same. Potential of hybrid (office/virtual) working environment and would come with full benefits (after 90 days).


KEY JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and oversee key aspects of the Digital Content, Creative, Production and Virtual Departments and nurture key internal relationships

  • Create new relationships and drive new business growth (approx. 30% of the role)

  • Oversee and manage all client projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, brand consistency, and the highest production quality

  • Support the overall agency team with key creative needs, including: budgeting, work-back schedules, pre and post production scheduling, logistics and budget reconciliation

  • Strategically build creative direction, based on client needs, objectives and KPIs

  • Assist in client management & relationship building activities

  • Manage and lead Associate Producer and Line Producer(s)

  • Strong HR and interpersonal skills and comfortable managing multiple internal and external relationships

  • Self-starter and problem solver

  • Past history working at the agency level with client-facing experience is a requirement, brand/corporate experience is an asset

  • Dedicated, with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit

  • Project management skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

  • Competent in an overall understanding of production terms and equipment

  • A good understanding of the creative process and technical aspects involved in production

  • Past new business development skills and/or at least an appetite and desire to create a sales pipeline and generate new business


EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 4 years of agency, production and/or creative experience with know-how of managing internal stakeholders as well as client facing relationships

  • Social media/SEO experience a bonus, but not critical

  • Proficient with business-related applications: Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with budgeting and financial forecasting/updates

  • Proficient with web-related applications: Dropbox, Keynote, Monday.com, Egnyte, Slack, etc.
